Helpful hints

1) all the functional items from the store are guaranteed lead-free.
2) always preheat your teapot with hot water from tab before pouring the boiling water. Ideally you should never wash or scrub a teapot, pour out the left over tea, and air dry. With time a layer of tea tannin will cover the bottom of the pot, giving it each time a better taste!
3) never create a thermal shock with oven proof dishes. Do not transfer a dish from the fridge to a pre-heated oven – bring out the dish several hours before, or put it in a cold oven - . Similarly do not deposit a dish coming out of the oven on a cold surface.
4) Oven-proof dishes with a lid should always have one cup of liquid in it (broth, water, wine, milk, beer, …)
Exchange policy:

1) NO refund, exchange only, within 30 days, with the bill. Please bring back the original wrapping material.
2) For wedding gifts, possibility of including an “exchange coupon”, so the newlyweds don’t have to beg for the receipt! Also possibility of extending the delay to 30 days after the wedding day
